El Paso County Sheriffs, Knights of Columbus #12160 donate coats to Canutillo ISD students

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Community Service Section, in partnership with the Knights of Columbus #12160 donated 144 coats to several elementary schools in the Canutillo Independent School District on Monday, December 14th, 2015.

image2_6D15C326EPCSO officials said, “(As) Winter has arrived in the Borderland…we look forward to being able to provide some warmth to those in need.

The Sheriff’s Office Community Service Section and Knights of Columbus visited Bill Childress Elementary School, Deanna Davenport Elementary School, and Canutillo Elementary School.

The coats were donated by the Knights of Columbus #12160, and along with the coats, the children also received stuffed animals from Global Samaritan Resources.
