Providence Children’s Hospital Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Relocates

In an effort to further improve services to pediatric patients, The Hospitals of Providence Children’s Hospital (PCH) is relocating the Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Services to 2101 North Oregon Street.

The services will be located approximately 2 miles from its prior location at 1740 Curie Drive.

For PCH, a relocation site means an accessible and suitable locale complemented with a team of highly skilled therapists to progress in providing quality pediatric care. Certified pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy clinicians uniquely provide care through evidence-based approaches.

“Our new location and enhanced services will help us to continue to grow and evolve in providing exceptional value to our pediatric patients and their families, and superior service along the way,” said Irene Perreault, Administrative Director for The Hospitals of Providence Children’s Hospital. “Our priority is that the Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Services provide the treatment necessary at a convenient location for children and their families.”

Additionally, the therapy department services stand alone as the only comprehensive clinic in the El Paso region with pediatric board-certified clinical specialists, pediatric vital stimulation certified therapists, Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) certified therapists, and neonatal tough massage certified specialists.

The new centralized location makes the greatest difference in delivery and accessibility of services unique to PCH. Pediatric outpatient rehabilitation patients and their families will have greater access to our specialists to treat a wide variety of diagnoses through therapeutic play activities, private therapy sessions, sensory integration, balance training, and the use of numerous specialty programs to include dysphagia, dance and sports rehab, aquatic therapy and social group therapy for Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
