Two Millionth Fan Expected to Attend Tonight’s Chihuahuas Game

The Chihuahuas will welcome their 2 millionth fan tonight, needing just 5,784 guests to walk through the gates at Southwest University Park to reach the milestone.

The Chihuahuas have drawn 1,994,216 guests at the ballpark through 249 regular season home games, excluding the four games played in Tucson, Ariz. in 2014. During the 2017 campaign, 302,056 guests have attended Chihuahuas games, averaging 7,745 per game.

“How incredible it is to be three-and-a-half seasons into this amazing ballpark and welcome our 2 millionth fan?” said Chihuahuas Vice President and General Manager Brad Taylor. “This says volumes about the love and acceptance that El Paso and the surrounding communities have given us.”
