2019 PCFF Festival Passes on Sale Through New Year’s Eve

For holiday gift-givers looking for something special for the film lover in their world, Plaza Classic Film Festival organizers have a ‘golden ticket: a 2019 Plaza Classic Film Festival Pass.

Festival Passes for the 2019 edition of the El Paso Community Foundation’s Plaza Classic Film Festival are now on sale for the discounted price of $175.

A Festival Pass includes admission to all ticketed events, reservations for PCFF movies in the Philanthropy Theatre, invitations to special events, discounts at nearby eateries and a jump-the-line express lane. And the pass is transferable, meaning you can loan it to a friend or family member.

The 12th annual Plaza Classic will be August 1-11, 2019 in and around the Plaza Theatre.

Launched in 2008, two years after the Plaza Theatre reopened, the Plaza Classic Film Festival has shown more than 800 movies and attracted more than 440,000 people in its first 11 years.

Special guests of the Plaza Classic include Al Pacino, Richard Dreyfuss, Debbie Reynolds, Rita Moreno, Peter Bogdanovich, Kathleen Turner, Robert Wagner, Eva Marie Saint, Shirley Jones, silent film accompanist Walt Strony and animator Don Bluth.

The 2018 edition featured appearances by Ali MacGraw, Bruce Dern and Sam Elliott.

Festival Passes are for sale year-round, but this special sale ends at 11:59 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2018. Go online to order or call 915-533-4020 to purchase yours now.
