UTEP’s Fisher to play in NFLPA Collegiate Bowl

Senior Kelvin Fisher Jr. was selected to play in the 2016 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 4 p.m. MT in the StubHub Center located on the campus of California State University Dominguez Hills.

Fisher Jr. played for the Miners two seasons and recorded 39 stops, five pass breakups, one interception, one fumble recovered, and one quarterback hurry. During his senior campaign, he notched three showings with five or more tackles, two of which led the Miners to back-to-back wins.
