Alamo Drafthouse’s Summer Kids Camp Features Family Films, Helps Boys & Girls Club

With Summer rapidly approaching, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo is ready to help keep kids cool and entertained with their Summer Kids Camp, all while contributing to a local non-profit organization.

All summer long, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo is showing classic and recently released family favorites and residents can pick the price they pay to see them  — $1, $3 or $5.

All proceeds from Summer Kids Camp ticket sales will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso. That means every movie seen will help contribute to the programs the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso provide to El Paso youth.

“Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo has been a tremendous partner and contributor to the El Paso community,” said Anthony Tomasheski, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso.

“The Boys & Girls Club of El Paso truly appreciates the generosity of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo’s leadership and staff for helping to provide funds that will give young people with a fun and safe environment for them to gain academic skills, build their character and strengthen their life skills.”

The Boys and Girls Clubs serve 900 youth in our community at four locations throughout El Paso County.

The Summer Kids Camp lineup is handpicked by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo staff who love movies just as much as our guests do, for more information click here.

The more movies they see, the bigger the rewards. Kids can earn anything from free milkshakes, to free pizza and even a free movie

Stickers can be earned for any movie ticket purchased for children ages 12 and under, including Summer Kids Camp and PBS Kids at the Alamo, as well as, summer blockbusters like INCREDIBLES 2 and HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 3: SUMMER VACATION.
