Amelia M. Garcia (Molly), age 82 of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully Thursday January 28, 2021 due to complications from COVID-19.
Amelia was born, May 6, 1938 in Oceanside, California before residing in Fabens, TX. She attended and graduated from Fabens High School. After graduating she moved to El Paso and was married to Antonio M. Garcia for 25 years. They had 5 children.
Amelia was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. As of recently, she retired from Logan Heights Express after 19 years in customer service and was known by her co-workers for her strong work ethic and dedication. She was a great cook, loved to dance and watch movies. She cared for others until the end.
Gone but not forgotten, forever in our hearts and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Amelia is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Garcia, Guadalupe Gonzalez, brother Joe Garcia and ex husband Antonio M. Garcia.
She is survived by her children Tony, Michael and wife, Lisa, Christine, Jeanette, Melissa and husband, Dan; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial services for Amelia will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Catholic Dioceses of El Paso.
