Animal Rescue of El Paso (ARL) will be hosting their fourth annual “My Furry Valentine” event this weekend.
Loretta Hyde, Kennel Manager for ARL said, “adoption events like these are a great way for families to find their new four legged family member. We will have small and large dogs, something for everyone. Join us this Sunday and find your new best friend.”
ARL will have on-site adoptions, a Most Eligible Bachelor/Bachelorette Parade, raffle prizes and a selfie station.
The event will be held Sunday, February 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Upper Valley Market Substation located at 145 Sunset.
All ARL dogs/cats are spayed/neutered, brought current on their vaccinations, micro chipped and tested for Heartworm or Feline Leukemia before they are adopted.
“There is no time limit on how long they can stay,” ARL officials share, “We’ve had dogs/cats stay at ARL for years before they find their forever family.”
Animal Rescue League of El Paso, Inc. is a volunteer-based, no-kill shelter, founded in 1995. To date, ARL has rescued more than 27,000 animals.
