Annual Sun Bowl Parade Returns, WWE’s SinCara Leads ‘Amazing Feats’ Themed Event

The FirstLight Federal Credit Union Sun Bowl Parade is set to take over Montana Avenue and Thanksgiving Day Thursday morning.

Earlier this year, it was announced that WWE Superstar Sin Cara would be the Grand Marshal of the FirstLight Federal Credit Union-sponsored parade.

Via a news release, officials with the Sun Bowl Parade shared that 100 units including floats, equestrian units, clowns, marching bands, drum and bugle corps units, dignitaries, and a wide variety of specialty units from Mexican / Indian dancers to military ceremonial units are expected to participate.

“The parade is the largest attended community event in the West Texas, New Mexico and Mexico area and brings together service clubs and civic organizations as well as all sectors of business and industries within the community,” officials added.

Step off Time: 10 a.m. (MT)

Parade Route: Montana Avenue; beginning at Ochoa and ending at Copia (2.7 miles)
