Artspace set to Accept Tenant Applications Starting September 1st

The fast-rising and long-awaited Artspace apartments in Downtown El Paso are now accepting tenant applications.

Applications for potential tenants of the Artspace El Paso Lofts will be accepted at the El Paso Community Foundation.  The Foundation Room will open at 9am, and all applications will be time-stamped in the order in which they are received.

The 51-unit apartment building is scheduled to begin leasing to tenants in December.  It is a project of the El Paso Community Foundation in conjunction with Artspace Projects, Inc.

Since 2009, the Foundation has worked with many partners to bring the project to fruition, most notably Chris Cummings and Katherine Brennand.  Mr. Cummings donated the downtown land where the Artspace Lofts are built.

If you are– or know– a potential tenant who has not yet applied, they can download the application here.
