On Tuesday, officials with Burger Bros, a new restaurant that specializes in burgers and hot dogs, officially introduced their newest location in El Paso.
Located at Viscount Boulevard and Acer Avenue on the city’s eastside, Burger Bros features a self-serve tap wall with a rotating selection of draft beer, wine, cider, and seltzer.
With a background working in restaurants and finance, owner Enrique Garcia was inspired to create a fast food concept with a unique twist. He shared, “I’ve always been into technology and self-pour is paving the way for beverage service. The interactive tap displays really draw people in and guests get excited to explore the brewery artwork and tasting notes.”
Officials share that, after opening during the pandemic late last year, Burger Bros has been dedicated to protecting the health and safety of guests and staff. Self-serve technology makes it easier by reducing touch points and limiting interactions, creating a safer environment for on-premise consumption.
“The iPourIt system helps us keep everyone safe. We can maintain proper distancing and any guests who wish to have a self-contained experience can do so and feel comfortable,” said Garcia.
“Guests can skip the wait for a drink and pour on their own using an RFID wristband to activate the taps and track their tab,” restaurant officials shared.
“Both local and imported options are available for self-pour, with regulars like Bud Light and Stella Artois, as well as craft options like Dead Beach Brewery’s Heartbreaker kettle sour.”
Their menu includes classic American-style burgers, chicken sandwiches, and chili dogs, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Leading the line-up is the Papa’s Deluxe burger with two beef patties, house “BB Sauce,” American cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and avocado, plus the typical toppings.
Burger Bros is located at 9300 Viscount Blvd, El Paso, TX 79925 and regular hours are 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Sunday.
