Cabaret Singer Shelly Watson returns to Sun City for live performances

This week, El Paso Pro-Musica announced the return of Cabaret Singer Shelly Watson for a live, in person performance in the Sun City.

Watson, who the New York Times calls, ” Rambunctious, Over the Top and of Considerable Charm,” performed Live from New York for El Paso Pro-Musica audiences in a special virtual concert in December, 2020, but “returns,” Live in person, for the first time in El Paso.

Watson, a Juilliard trained vocalist, is renowned in the New York Cabaret circuit and known to be a “One Woman Show,” devising her lighting, sound and staging for each show.
“She utilized these amazing tools while participating in the Outreach program for the Metropolitan Opera,” EPPM officials share. “During her stay, Shelly will conduct Master Classes at UTEP through the UTEP Center for Arts Entrepreneurship and will visit Schools and Special Facilities throughout the region.”
She will also perform in a Special “Pop Up”  Concert at 7:00 p.m., at “The Manor at 1011,” on Tuesday, October 26. Donations are encouraged for the special event to benefit the Educational Outreach and Community Engagement Programs of El Paso Pro-Musica.
Watson performs on Sunday, October 24 at 2:00 p.m. at UTEP’s Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall. Along with pianist Dr. Dominic Dousa, she will dazzle the audience with favorites from Hollywood, Broadway and even a few Halloween favorites for the whole family.
