Northwest Early College is a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon school designed to give students a head start into their college career by allowing them to earn both high-school and college credit concurrently. Most graduates of Northwest receive an associate’s degree from El Paso Community College by the time they earn their CISD high-school diploma.
Clark is a graduate of Trine University in Indiana, where he received a bachelor’s of science in business administration. He has a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Before arriving at Northwest last year, Clarke served as an advanced academics coordinator in both the Socorro and Canutillo school districts. He began his career in education as a teacher in the Metropolitan School District of Steuben County, Indiana, before moving to El Paso and teaching in the El Paso Independent School District.
