Cielo Vista Mall shoppers now have MyPark option

MyPark, the popular Miami-based parking solutions provider that partners with malls, private and public garages and property management companies, announces the launch of its service, Express Parking by MyPark at Cielo Vista Mall.

“As El Paso’s main shopping destination, we are always looking to partner with timely and innovative companies like MyPark to enhance our shoppers’ experience, ” said Shawna Thomson, General Manager of Cielo Vista Mall. “We look forward to adding MyPark to our list of amenities as the holidays approach us, and we are sure it will be appreciated by mall-goers beyond just the holiday season.”

To learn more about MyPark and to download the app, visit usemypark.com.

Officials share that Express Parking by MyPark provides a quick and easy way for shoppers to pick-up, exchange or return an item, or simply reserve the best spots in front of the entrance for a day at the Mall.

Visitors can download the app and reserve a premium parking space just steps away from the mall’s entrances. The space will be reserved by the unique MyPark device which is then lowered by the user by tapping the “let me in” button on their smartphone.

Express Parking by MyPark offers complimentary parking for the first 30 minutes and then just $3 per hour thereafter.

“This much needed solution eliminates the time and effort exerted driving up and down the parking aisles in search of an ideal spot near a desired store or restaurant entrance,” officials added.

The launch will include two designated MyPark sections, with a total number of 10 spaces in key locations within Cielo Vista Mall, including:

  • Section E1, 5 spaces (Near Sears and Johnny Rockets)

  • Section E2, 5 spaces (Near Near JCPenney and Macy’s)

“We are thrilled to be offering MyPark at Cielo Vista Mall. Express Parking will enhance the shopping experience and make it even more enjoyable when arriving to the mall,” said Luis Mayendia, CEO of MyPark. “The satisfaction of an awaiting parking spot and the control over the unique MyPark device, provides the perfect convenience for customers, alleviating their stress and saving time.”

Cielo Vista joins 26 other shopping centers around the U.S., including Mall of America, King of Prussia and Mall of Georgia, that have implemented the unique parking amenity for guests, in which shoppers can reserve a prime parking spot both when and where they need it, directly from their smartphones.

Users can go to the usemypark.com website and click on the links to their respective app stores or download the app directly from the Android or iOS stores (search MYPARK), register and tell the app where and when they would like to park.

Once users arrive at their reserved space, they simply tap “Let Me In” on their iOS or Android device and the unique MyPark reservation device will lower to give them access.

The service will be made available to the public starting on Friday, November 1, 2019.
