The City of El Paso is gearing up for the Fiscal Year 2018 budget and is looking for suggestions from city residents on how to improve services.
“As we begin developing the budget for Fiscal Year 2018, we want the public to ‘chime in’ by submitting their ideas,” states Robert Cortinas, Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Some of last year’s ideas resulted in new street maintenance equipment, ADA improvements, and upgraded playgrounds.
According to the city’s website, the suggestion will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget, which will then be forwarded to the appropriate department for further handling.
The Office of Management and Budget and appropriate Department will review the suggestions.
To submit suggestions, the public can click on the Chime In banner on the City’s webpage.
