City: Cooling Centers remain open
The City of El Paso is expecting temperatures in the triple digits this week and as a result will keep six (6) cooling centers open through August 8.
“COVID-19 health and safety guidelines will be observed at all times,” city officials shared. “Due to the ongoing pandemic, no activities are currently scheduled at the cooling centers.”
The cooling centers are a collaboration between the El Paso Office of Emergency Management, Parks and Recreation Department and the Extreme Weather Task Force.

- San Juan Senior Center
