City set to discuss Mobile Food Vending Ordinances

The City of El Paso Planning and Inspections Department would like to invite food industry stakeholders and the entire El Paso community to several upcoming meetings regarding mobile food vending regulations and possible changes to related ordinances.

Like many cities across the country, the mobile food vending industry in El Paso has seen significant growth, with new types of vendors and venues appearing regularly. This growth offers the opportunity to revisit our mobile food vending regulations and to consider how to better incorporate mobile food vendors into the City’s code of ordinances.

The City of El Paso wants to hear your ideas on how we can improve our local ordinances to better address this growing trend. These meetings will give those in attendance an opportunity to provide input on how to possibly improve mobile food vending regulations and ordinances.
