Community Foundation’s Cultivate Forum Set for Tonight
The El Paso Community Foundation’s next Cultivate Forum is set for tonight, Thursday, April 21 at 5:30 p.m. in the Foundation Room located at 333 N. Oregon.
The group will have 5 speakers who will present on various topics related to their work in food systems, agriculture, premaculture and sustainability.

John White, Garden Curator, UTEP Centennial Museum and Gardens, “FloraFEST 2016 Native Plant Sale”
Lois Balin, Urban Biologist, Texas Parks and Wildlife, “Texas Wildlife”
Mike Gaglio, Biologist/Managing Member, High Desert Native Plants, LLC, “Water Harvesting”
Brent E. Pearson, Arborist, City of El Paso, “The Benefits of Trees”
Cultivate is a project of the El Paso Community Foundation. There will be plenty of time for discussion and collaboration after the presentations.
Food will be catered by Chef Michael Ross.
