The City of El Paso’s Capital Improvement Department has scheduled a community meeting to provide an update on the construction of the Independence Drive Hike and Bike project.
The project supports the development of a pedestrian and bicycle corridor along Independence Drive between Yarbrough Drive and Whittier Drive. The project consists of a 14 ft. pedestrian and bicycle path with shade trees, vegetation and other amenities. The corridor will provide connectivity to several existing neighborhoods, J.P.
