Dinosaurs in El Paso: T-Rex Planet Takes Over County Coliseum

The dinosaurs are invading El Paso, as life-size, ultra-realistic animatronic dinosaurs will wander throughout the El Paso County Coliseum, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 24, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 25.

T-Rex Planet simulates what it would be like to experience the Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous periods. The indoor, family-friendly event offers a range of fun and engaging activities while walking through live dinosaur and fossil exhibits, all the while learning interesting facts about our prehistoric friends.

The show will feature 40 life-like dinosaurs with skeletons and rides, educational exhibits, realistic scene settings, a fossil dig, inflatable Dino Bounce Houses, a theater, face painting, games and more.

Tickets are $25 for ages 12 and under, $20 for adults and free for ages 1 and under. Seniors and military will receive a $3 discount. Tickets are available at the door or online.
