The City of El Paso Animal Services Department, in collaboration with our sponsor Petco Love, is excited to announce an upcoming drive-thru pet wellness clinic from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. this Sunday, November 19, at 6500 Bonanza St.
This marks the fourth event of its kind this year, reinforcing the Department’s commitment to fostering the health and safety of pets in our community.
This FREE event operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the first 500 pets. Participants are reminded to keep their pets inside their vehicles throughout the drive-thru clinic. Dogs must be securely leashed, and cats should be placed in a suitable carrier.
At the clinic, all pets will be microchipped, dogs will receive a crucial parvo/ distemper vaccination, and cats will be provided with a feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia (FVRCP) vaccination. Pets aged six weeks or older are eligible for vaccines at the clinic, and no other pet vaccinations will be available.
The clinic is part of an ongoing effort to safeguard pets against potentially life-threatening diseases present throughout the region. Vaccinations not only protect individual pets but also contribute to the overall health and well-being of the entire pet community. By vaccinating your pets, you help create a safer environment, reducing the risk of outbreaks and ensuring a happier, healthier life for your furry friends.
