VACCINATIONS in El Paso County (pop. 640,180 of 16y/o+): 647,816 administered | 41% fully vaccinated | 63.1% partially vaccinated

Friday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 108 new cases; as well as 18 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Weeks 16 and 17. We are currently in CDC Week 17.

Health officials advised that 129,104 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,337 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting four (4) deaths, which occurred over a period of nearly two (2) months.

All 4 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 50s
2 – males in their 90s
1 – female in her 90s

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2650 deaths overall.

There are currently 147 (-6) patients currently hospitalized, with 44 (-4) in ICU, and 30 (+0) Patients on ventilators.

Thursday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 174 new cases; as well as 18 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Weeks 7, 9, 15, 16 and 17. We are currently in CDC Week 17.

Health officials advised that 128,925 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,407 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting thirteen (13) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than five (5) months.

All 13 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 40s
2 – males in their 50s
2 – females in their 50s
1 – male in his 60s
2 – females in their 70s
3 – males in their 70s
1 – female in her 80s
1 – male in his 80s

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2648 deaths overall.

There are currently 153 (-20) patients currently hospitalized, with 48 (-3) in ICU, and 30 (-3) Patients on ventilators.

Wednesday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 236 new cases; as well as 21 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Weeks 8, 15 and 16. We are currently in CDC Week 17.

Health officials advised that 128,716 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,431 active cases

DPH officials are also reporting four (4) deaths, which occurred over a period of nearly one (1) month.

All 4 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 40s
2 – males in their 50s
1 – female in her 90s

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2644 deaths overall.

There are currently 173 (-4) patients currently hospitalized, with 51 (+3) in ICU, and 33 (+1) Patients on ventilators.

On Tuesday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 73 new cases; as well as 2 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Week 16. We are currently in CDC Week 17.

Health officials advised that 128,555 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,335 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting six (6) deaths, which occurred over a period of nearly six (6) months.

All 6 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 30s
1 – male in his 60s
1 – female in her 70s
2 – females in their 80s
1 – female in her 90s

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2643 deaths overall.

There are currently 177 (-1) patients currently hospitalized, with 49 (-4) in ICU, and 32 (+0) Patients on ventilators.

The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Week 15 and 16. We are currently in CDC Week 17.

Health officials advised that 128,440 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,375 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting four (4) deaths, which occurred over a period of about four (4) months.

All 4 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – female in her 70s
1 – male in his 80s
1 – female in her 90s
1 – male in his 90s

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2643 deaths overall.

There are currently 178 (+7) patients currently hospitalized, with 53 (+3) in ICU, and 32 (2) Patients on ventilators.

Sunday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 69 new cases; as well as 27 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Weeks 7,9,14, 15 and 16. We are currently in CDC Week 16.

Health officials advised that 128,347 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,382 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting no deaths. The current number of deaths remains at 2,508.

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2643 deaths overall.

There are currently 171 (+5) patients currently hospitalized, with 50 (+0) in ICU, and 30 (+3) Patients on ventilators.

On Saturday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 122 new cases; and staff will also be reporting 28 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the 2021 CDC Weeks 7, 9, 15 and 16. We are currently in CDC Week 16.

Health officials advised that 128,222 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,412 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting one (1) death, bringing the total number of deaths to 2,508.

The male patient in his 60s had underlying health conditions.

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2641 deaths overall.

There are currently 166 (-7) patients currently hospitalized, with 50 (-4) in ICU, and 27 (-2) Patients on ventilators.

Health officials advised that 128,055 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,429 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting one (1) death, bringing the total number of deaths to 2,507.

The male patient in his 50s had underlying health conditions.

The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Weeks) 41, 46 and (2021 Weeks) 15 and 16. We are currently in CDC Week 16.

Health officials advised that 127,883 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,518 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting reporting two (2) deaths, which occurred over a period of nearly one (1) month.

Both patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 50s
1 – female in her 70s

However, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services, the El Paso area has 2630 deaths overall.

DPH officials also reported We will be reporting one (1) death, bringing the total of deaths to 2,425.

The female patient in her 50s had underlying health conditions.

Sunday morning, officials with the Department of Public Health reported 68 new cases; as well as 8 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC 2021 Weeks 8, 9, 11 and 13. We are currently in CDC Week 13.

Health officials advised that 125,406 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,114 active cases.

DPH officials also reported five (5) deaths, which occurred over a period of nearly three (3) months.

All 5 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – female in her 20s
1 – male in his 30s
1 – male in his 50s
1 – male in his 80s
1 – male in his 90s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2562.

There are currently 157 (+3) patients currently hospitalized, with 59 (+1) in ICU, and 41 (+2) Patients on ventilators.

The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 48 and; (2021 Weeks) 5, 12 and 13. We are currently in CDC Week 13.

Health officials advised that 125,270 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 2,177 active cases.

DPH officials also reported six (6) deaths, which occurred over a period of about four (4) months.

All 6 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 60s
1 – female in her 60s
2 – males in their 70s
1 – female in her 70s
1 – female in her 80s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2553.

There are currently 154 (-9) patients currently hospitalized, with 58 (+3) in ICU, and 39 (+1) Patients on ventilators.
