Sunday morning, 209 new cases; as well as 36 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC 2021 Weeks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8. We are currently in CDC Week 8.

Health officials advised that 115,210 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,029 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting six (6) deaths, which occurred over a period of about three (3) months.

All 6 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 30s
1 – male in his 60s
1 – male in his 70s
2 – males in their 80s
1 – male in his 90s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2338.

There are currently 327 (+3) patients currently hospitalized, with 127 (+9) in ICU, and 87 (+4) Patients on ventilators.

On Saturday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 446 new cases; as well as 33 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 46, 49, 50, 51 and (2021 Weeks) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. We are currently in CDC Week 8.

Health officials advised that 114,869 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,126 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting seven (7) deaths, which occurred over a period of about six (6) months.

All 7 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – female in her 40s
2 – males in their 60s
1 – male in his 70s
1 – female in her 80s
1 – male in his 80s
1 – female in her 90s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2330.

Friday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 112 new cases; and staff will also be reporting 80 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 46, 50, 51, 52 and (2021 Weeks) 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. We are currently in CDC Week 8.

Health officials advised that 114,432 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,086 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting (15) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than seven (7) months.

All 15 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

2 – males in their 50s
1 – female in her 60s
5 – males in their 70s
3 – females in their 70s
2 – females in their 80s
1 – male in his 80s
1 – female in her 90s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2322.

There are currently 342 (+1) patients currently hospitalized, with 120 (-8) in ICU, and 90 (+2) Patients on ventilators.

Thursday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 303 new cases; as well as 23 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 50, 51, 52, 53 and (2021 Weeks) 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. We are currently in CDC Week 8.

Health officials advised that 113,924 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,404 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting twelve (12) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than three (3) months.

All 12 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 40s
1 – male in his 60s
1 – female in her 70s
1 – male in his 70s
3 – males in their 80s
4 – females in their 80s
1 – female in her 90s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2316.

There are currently 341 (-59) patients currently hospitalized, with 128 (-44) in ICU, and 88 (+4) Patients on ventilators.

Wednesday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 307 new cases; as well as 75 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 44, 45, 48, 50, 51, 52 and (2021 Weeks) 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. We are currently in CDC Week 8 .

DPH officials are also reporting ten (10) deaths, which occurred over a period of nearly five (5) months.

All 10 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 50s
5 – males in their 60s
3 – females in their 60s
1 – female in her 70s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2310.

There are currently 400 (+40) patients currently hospitalized, with 172 (+36) in ICU, and 84 (+0) Patients on ventilators.

Tuesday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 247 new cases; and staff will also be reporting 54 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 44, 45, 46, 47, 49 and (2021 Weeks) 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. We are currently in CDC Week 8.

Health officials advised that 112,835 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,799 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting twenty-two (22) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than four (4) months.

All 22 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

Monday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 262 new cases. We are currently in CDC Week 8. The state reported no delayed local results.

Health officials advised that 112,534 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,811 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting twelve (12) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than six (6) months.

All 12 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 40s
2 – males in their 50s
1 – female in her 50s
2 –males in their 60s
1 – female in her 60s
3 – males in their 70s
2 – females in their 80s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2301.

Health officials advised that 112,226 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,862 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting six (6) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than four (4) months.

All 6 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Week) 36, 44, 45, 48, 49, 52, 53 and (2021 Weeks) 4, 5, 6 and 7. We are currently in CDC Week 7.

Health officials advised that 111,753 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 6,817 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting twelve (12) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than three (3) months.

All 12 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

Health officials advised that 111,267 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 7,099 active cases.

Health officials advised that 110,295 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 7,519 active cases.

DPH officials are also reporting forty-one (41) deaths, which occurred over a period of about seven (7) months.

*DPH now moves people from the ‘active’ list to ‘recovered’ list at 28 days, instead of 55 days; hence the apparent large jump/drop from yesterday’s numbers.

There are 34,318 active cases in the region, with 80,705 recoveries.

Health officials advised that 79,278 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 35,038 active cases.

Officials are also reporting one (1) death, bringing the total of deaths to 1,759. The male patient in his 90s had underlying health conditions.

Monday morning, officials with the Department of Health reported 400 new cases; as well as 21 additional cases which are part of the delayed local results issued by the State to the Department of Public Health. The results are from the tests conducted during the CDC (2020 Weeks) 29, 45, 52, 53 and (2021 Weeks) 1, 2, 3 and 4. We are currently in CDC Week 5.

Health officials advised that 76,149 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. There are 35,625 active cases.

Officials are also reporting four (4) deaths, which occurred over a period of more than (2) months.

All 4 patients had underlying health conditions. They include:

1 – male in his 40s

1 – female in her 60s

1 – male in his 70s

1 – male in his 80s

However, according to the State of Texas, the total number of deaths in our area are now at 2116.

There are currently 392 (-30) patients currently hospitalized, with 130 (-35) in ICU, and 90 (-1) Patients on ventilators.
