El Paso Children’s Hospital launches new vaccine outreach program for families

On Friday, official with El Paso Children’s Hospital (EPCH) announced their Vax to the Max outreach campaign targeted at families of children age 11 and under.

“We look forward to furthering the effort to keep our community safe from COVID-19 and we are very eager to get the next eligible group of young people vaccinated,” said Cindy Stout, CEO of El Paso Children’s Hospital.

“We are prepared to vaccinate our patients, as well as young people who aren’t patients at EPCH.  We encourage parents to regsister with Vax to the Max, so they’ll know when the time is right.”

In anticipation of the pending COVID-19 vaccination approval for youth in that age group, EPCH encourages families to register for vaccine updates.

“When the vaccine does become available, EPCH will connect quickly to ensure that vaccination communication is disseminated accurately and efficiently,” hospital officials added.
