On Saturday, officials with El Paso Electric (EPE) announced that the utility’s Customer Care Call Center hours will be permanently extended for customers.
The new hours of operation for EPE’s Customer Care Call Center – 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday – will go into effect this Monday, February 22.
“Listening to our customers and their feedback during the pandemic, we understand that many of us can be busy during the 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. business day, leaving little to no time to handle personal tasks like contacting us,” shares EPE Vice President of Customer Care Eddie Gutierrez.
“The added hours to our Customer Care team will help ensure we maintain communication with our customers and provide them with the service they need and deserve.”
Company officials add that while EPE’s Customer Care physical locations remain temporarily closed as a result of the pandemic, customers still have a number of ways they can communicate with us to take care of their energy needs.
