On April 5, 2023, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit located 20-year-old Dante Marquez at an apartment located at 7845 Lilac Way, El Paso County, Texas.
Marquez was wanted for one count of Sexual Assault with a $100.000.00 bond and one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault Child/ Sex Abuse of a child under 14 with a $100.000.00 bond.
Marquez was located inside his residence and was taken into custody without incident. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail under a $200,000.00 bond.
