The El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Department invites residents to visit the museums this holiday season andcombat winter break boredom with free family-friendly exhibits.

The El Paso Museum of Art has several free exhibits including Hermosas Huesos, a dynamic exhibition inspired by the prints of Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada.

Also on display are James Drake: Anatomy of Drawing and Space (Brain Trash), which is accompanied by students’ art inspired by his work, and Eldridge Hardie: Art of a Life in Sport featuring more than 20 paintings depicting the outdoors sportsman lifestyle.

The El Paso Museum of History is hosting free family programs during the winter break.
