El Paso’s Spine & Rehab Specialists join ‘PT for Heroes’ Project
Spine & Rehab Specialists, an outpatient physical therapy clinic, is now part of the nationwide ‘PT for Heroes‘ movement.
The goal is to provide doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals and their families on the front lines of COVID-19 by providing free TeleHealth physical therapy services.
“Doctors, Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals are fighting the war against COVID-19 and are enduring long, stressful hours saving lives, often without proper personal protective equipment (PPE),” Spine and Rehab Specialists shared.
“We are giving back to our national heroes and inviting them to receive pro-bono Telehealth sessions for themselves and their families.”
By filling out a form on their website, they will be redirected to participating practices in their area. The national initiative also extends to Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology.
A national movement, PT for Heroes was created by Hands-On Diagnostics (HODS) for private practice owners, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists across the United States; united in their mission to help doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals on the front lines of COVID-19 with vital and free Telehealth services.
