El Paso’s Sweetheart Han to fight Missouri’s Jeri Sue Sitzes for February bout

On Thursday, Golden Eagle Promotion officials announced the return of Jennifer Han to the ring and Professional Boxing to the El Paso County Coliseum.

The boxing card, titled “Fighting for Legacy,” is set for Saturday, February 15th.

The bout will mark the return of El Paso’s own IBF World Featherweight Champion Jennifer Han 17-3-1 back into the Ring; where she’ll be taking on Springfield, Missouri’s own Jeri Sue Sitzes (15-10-1) at the 135lb classification.

“I am very excited and honored that I get the privilege to fight here in El Paso to continue my legacy and I am not going to let my community, my family, my friends, my fans down…I want them to be proud of me and to know I’m going to stay as your champion,” Jennifer Han shared.

Also fighting on the card is El Paso’s own Josue Garcia 10-6-0, Tim Meeks 7-3-3, Gabriel Gutierrez 5-8-0 and Zack Prieto 9-1. Making his Professional debut will be Marco Garibay.

Officials also released the ticket prices for the February bout, they are as follows: $100 RINGSIDE, $75 FLOOR $50, $25 RESERVE

Tickets are on sale now at the Coliseum Box Office, online, via phone (915) 533-9899 and also available at Han’s Oriental Martial Arts at 9861 Dyer Street, Stuite 17.
