Ella Blu donates $40k to First Responders for Holiday Season

Ella Blu, a locally owned boutique, is recognizing first responders’ commitment to the community through a $40,000 donation to all healthcare heroes at El Paso Children’s Hospital and University Medical Center.

“The healthcare first responders are the heart and soul of our community at this time,” said Ella Blu owner Sophia Adamson. “Now, more than ever, we are honored to show them we are incredibly grateful for their tireless efforts.”

Ella Blu has committed 4,000 $10 gift cards to help first responders with their holiday shopping this season.

“To have the support of a locally owned small business during the holiday season is incredible,” said Estela Casas, Executive Director of El Paso Children’s Hospital and UMC Foundation.

“This generous gift during a very stressful time for our physicians and nurses will help lift their spiritsduring the holidays. All of us at El Paso Children’s Hospital and University Medical Center are thankful for the kind donation during the holiday season,” Casas added

A premier shopping spot for clothing and accessories, Ella Blu has been serving the El Paso community for over 15 years.

Gift cards will be distributed early next week to ensure each healthcare hero has a little extra shopping help.
