Emergence Health Network to begin daily ‘Mental Well-Being’ Facebook Lives during COVID19 emergency

With the mental well-being of our community being as important as the physical aspect, Emergence Health Network (EHN) is reaching out to our community through social media to help.

Starting on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 EHN will be using Facebook Live to reach out to the community to discuss the emotional aspect of this virus.

Each morning at 10 am, El Pasoans can go to Emergence Health Network’s Facebook page and join the live conversation.

“We know the emotions of dealing with the Coronavirus and all that it has changed in our daily lives can be very challenging,” said Kristi Daugherty, Emergence Health Network Chief Executive Officer.

“How do you deal with the anxiety, fear and stress caused by all of this?  How do you talk to your kids about COVID-19? How do you avoid loneliness when social distancing? These are all valid concerns and EHN has the experts to help answer those questions.”

“The order for social distancing means we are home at this time so what better way than social media to stay connected? Our goal is to make sure our residents have the emotional tools to cope with this matter.  They can ask questions and suggest topics or concerns they want our experts to address,” said Noreen Jaramillo, EHN Director of Communications.
