El Paso Community College (EPCC) is hosting its Third Annual Building Bridges Dual Credit Conference on Saturday, October 29, 2016, from 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Administrative Services Center, 9050 Viscount, Building A.
The conference’s purpose is to convene the region’s Dual Credit and Early College High School faculty, staff, and administrators to share best practices and to strengthen the essential partnerships that enable these educational programs to thrive.
The conference will feature breakout sessions from experts in the field and EPCC President Dr. William Serrata as the keynote speaker. In addition to EPCC and the area ISD’s, UTEP and Region 19 will participate in the conference.
“This event will celebrate our region’s Dual Credit and Early College High School student success and highlight EPCC’s strategic partnerships necessary for these programs. Various institution’s faculty and staff will share how they best serve students in these collaborative settings” said Margie Nelson Rodriguez, EPCC Early College High School Initiatives Coordinator.
