El Paso Community College (EPCC) is providing backpacks filled with school supplies for 1,200 students at area elementary schools through its annual Service Learning School Store in partnership with the El Paso Community Foundation.
The Service Learning Program at EPCC encourages civic responsibility among students through community service. The program supports community agencies through collaboration that provides opportunities for students while strengthening our region. Through Service Learning, students can apply newly acquired academic skills and knowledge to address real-life needs in their own communities and reflect on the meaning of this service
