EPCSO Deputy Receives Learning for Life Leadership Award

El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Martha Esparza was presented with the “Boy Scouts of America/Yucca Council, Learning for Life Leadership Award,” on  Friday, April 8th, 2016.

Deputy Esparza is the Lead Advisor for the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Post 2005.

The award is a distinguished award for Explorers & Advisors who have given exceptional leadership in Exploring or Learning for Life Programs.

The Sheriff’s Office Community Service Section also assists in overseeing the post and the section is currently preparing the explorers for their upcoming National Competition in Flagstaff, Arizona.
