With the help of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Foundation and their resident crafter Michelle Reza, officials will be donating 100 handmade face masks to the students of Fabens Elementary School.
Reza, the wife of an EPCSO Traffic/Motors Section deputy, quickly stepped in to help with the facemask project, EPCSO officials shared.
“Each mask was made with love, care, and fun designs for the little ones to safe when they return to school.”
Throughout the year, the Sheriff’s Office partners with schools in the unincorporated areas of El Paso, to provide assistance for the students and their families, with projects such as kite donations, shoes, school supplies, blanket donations, Thanksgiving food baskets, and Christmas toys.
“During this difficult time the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is very blessed to have the support and love from the El Paso Community,” officials added.
The Sheriff’s Office Community Services Section will deliver the masks when the children return to campus.
