EPCSO moves to online, phone reporting for non emergency calls

On Monday, officials with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office announced the shift to online and phone reporting for all non-emergency calls.

“In accordance with the Stay Home, Work Safe order by the County Judge, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking citizens to utilize the online or over the phone reporting for calls of service that are not “in progress” and do not require a Deputy to be on scene limiting, Sheriff’s Office personnel/Citizen contact,” EPCSO shared via a news release.

Online reports can be filed by clicking here or over the phone with Sheriff’s Office Communications at (915) 915-832-4408.

EPCSO officials add that all cases filed using the online reporting or over the phone system will be reviewed.

“Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you will be contacted…filing a false police report is a crime.”
