EPCSO presents two Sheriffs’ Association of Texas scholarships to students

Commander Ryan Urrutia presented two academic scholarships on behalf of Sheriff Richard Wiles and the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas, to two local scholars.

The Sheriffs’ Association of Texas, of which Sheriff Wiles is a member, offers scholarships to eligible students pursuing an academic degree at a college or university.

Manuel Loya is a student at the University of Texas of El Paso, majoring in Masters of Science in Intelligence and National Security.

Lorenzo Leyva, Jr. is a student at the University of Texas at El Paso, majoring in Multimedia Journalism.
