EPCSO searches for another sex offender who failed to return to East El Paso facility

El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO) officials say that last week, another sex offender failed to return to the facility located just south of Horizon City and across the street from the Sparks neighborhood.

According to EPCSO, on September 3, 2021, Guadalupe Saldana Jr. left from the El Paso Transitional Living Center, after he was allowed to go to work but never returned to the facility. Officials say his whereabouts are now unknown.

Saldana is now wanted on a parole violation warrant and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming. His sex offense is for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, the victim being a 12 year old female and he is currently on parole for said offense.

Anyone with any information on Saldana’s whereabouts are asked to call EPCSO at 915-546-2280
