Monday evening, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office sent out a release requesting assistance from the community in locating Ernest Harold Sircy.

According to EPCSO officials, on Sunday, November 22, Sircy left the El Paso Multi-Use Facility located at 1700 Horizon Boulevard, some 2 miles south of Horizon City limits and across the street from the Sparks Neighborhood.

Sircy left the facility to go to work but never returned and his whereabouts are now unknown. He is wanted on a parole violation warrant and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming.

EPCSO officials share that Sircy’s sex offense is for Aggravated Sexual Assault, the victim being a 13-year-old female and is currently on parole for Failure to Comply with Sex Offenders Duty to Register.

If anyone has information on the location of Ernest Harold Sircy, please call the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 915-538-2008.
