Gallery: KISS, David Lee Roth rock the Haskins Center

Photo by Ruben R Ramirez - El Paso Herald Post

The Don Haskins Center was awash in facepaint, lasers, flames and rock and roll Monday night, as KISS made their final appearance in the Sun City, along with ‘Diamond’ David Lee Roth.

Fans of all ages rocked out, first with Roth, then with the black-clad quartet as they blasted their way through each’s respective catalog of hits.

Our very own Ruben R. Ramirez had a front row seat to the fun, and we bring you his view of the concert in this Gallery.

About Ruben R. Ramirez

Home grown product of El Paso, Texas, 1973 graduate of Austin High School, Honorably Discharged from United States Marine Corps 1976, after serving for 3 years. My journalism career began in 1976 with the El Paso Herald-Post and in 1997 after 21 years, when the HP closed down I went to work for KDBC-TV Channel 4, local CBS affiliate for 14 months, then signed on with the El Paso Times for another 21 years. I recently retired in January 2019 and am now a Freelance Photographer and back where my career began with the El Paso Herald-Post WEB version. So here's to 21 more years hopefully with the news organization that gave me my start.
