In a much anticipated matchup between the two top schools in the Borderland, the Americas Trail Blazers hosted the Franklin Cougars at the Gem in Far East El Paso – Socorro ISD’s SAC.
And the battle did not disappoint, as the heavyweight teams slugged it out in a Thursday night battle for the ages. As the scoreboard struck ‘0:00’ Americas would go home with the 17-13 victory.
