Capstone Building Corp announces construction underway on $17M HACEP apartment community

Birmingham, Alabama-based Capstone Building Corp., a premier general contractor , along with veteran real estate developer Pennrose, LLC and the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso, announced that construction is underway for a new $17 million low-income apartment project – Patriot Place

The low-density, 110-residential community set to complete in 2022, will be located at Diana Drive and Kenworthy Street in Northeast El Paso

Officials say that Patriot Place will offer residents two-story, wood-framed apartment buildings. Residents will enjoy a communal clubhouse, playground and gazebo.

Patriot Place will be positioned near El Paso Community College’s Northeast Campus and Sue Young Park, with views of the Franklin Mountains.

“There will be 99,544 square feet of enclosed area with 56 one-bedroom/bath, 38 two-bedroom/bath and 16 three-bedroom/two-bath apartments,” officials added.
