International Museum of Art to host fundraising Estate Sale

El Paso’s International Museum of Art will be hosting both a Russian pianist and a fundrasing Estate Sale later this month, to help support the continued operation of the facility.

On June 24th, potential buyers will have an opportunity to view the entire sales lot, as well as be entertained by Pianist Dzmitry Ulasiuk, from 4pm – 6pm.

Then the sale will span the weekend of June 26 and 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

“Don’t miss this opportunity to acquire unique and exquisite items,” officials shared, “[from] a Chinese Opium bed, to Asian antiques, lots of interesting decor and museum quality pieces, large dining sets by Henrondon , antique and rustic furniture, paper ephemera, vintage records and more, there is something for everyone.”

The Estate sale will feature high end quality art , antiques and decor. The art sale will include a large collection of Spanish Colonial artwork, artwork by El  Paso Artists to include Russell Waterhouse, LB Porter, Krystyna Robbins, Michael Washer.

Also included in the sale is a large collection of Persian Rugs, fine jewelry for men and women, an assortment of costume jewelry, fine fashion clothing and purses .

Sale officials add that Judaica, Germán, Mexican collectibles would be available for sale, as well as Sterling and silverplate, coins, antique rifles, militaria, antique slot machines, Native American and western artifacts, and books signed by Cormac McCarthy and Tom Lea.

The preview, concert, and sale are all free to the public, and donations are welcome.
