June Marks Butterfield Trail Golf Club’s 10th Anniversary

Butterfield Trail Golf Club will celebrate its ten year anniversary with  a month-long celebration staring on June 1st, with activities for all ages and skill levels. Butterfield Trail Golf Club was designed as an economic development initiative by the El Paso International Airport and is the only Tom Fazio  premium design course in all of Texas.

“As avid golfers ourselves, we are passionate about the game of golf,” said general manager, Tim Krebs. “#PDMonth gives us the opportunity to share our love of the game and hopefully introduce the game to a generation of non-golfers here in El Paso.”

Butterfield Trail has been nationally recognized since its inception, notably being named to Golfweek’s “Best Courses You Can Play” every year since 2009 and winning national awards for exceptional customer service by the National Golf Foundation.

Over the past ten years, Butterfield Trail has made an impact on more than just the golf experience of local El Pasoans – over $2 million has been raised for local charities through golf tournaments held at the facility and over 150 couples have celebrated their nuptials.

In additional to their anniversary celebration, Butterfield Trail Golf Club, managed by KemperSports, will be hosting their fourth annual Player Development Month during the month of June.

The month-long celebration of golf is built to introduce and re-introduce golfers to the sport. For the entire month of June, Butterfield Trail will offer free ten-minute lessons, free short game clinics, family golf nights, driving range socials, a chance to win $10,000 cash, and more.
