Jurassic Tour Brings Dinosaurs to El Paso County Coliseum
Dinosaurs are invading El Paso, that is – life-size, ultra-realistic animatronic dinosaurs – will take over the El Paso County Coliseum next weekend.
Jurassic Tour, a traveling dinosaur show, simulates what it would be like to experience the Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous periods. The indoor, family-friendly event offers a range of fun and engaging interactive activities while walking through animated dinosaur and fossil exhibits.
The event will feature life-size animatronic dinosaurs, realistic scene settings, rides, a fossil dig, inflatable bounce houses, a Jungle Wall, the Virtual Reality Zone, face painting, educational exhibits offering interesting facts about prehistoric animals, games and more.
Tracey, the friendly young T-Rex, will be the host.
The dinos will be a the El Paso County Coliseum, 4100 East Paisano, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 12, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, May 13.
Tickets are $28 for ages 12 and under, $23 for adults and free for ages 1 and under. Tickets are available at the door or online. Military with I.D. will receive a $3 discount when tickets are purchased at the door.
