Local Firm reveals new Downtown Apartments with Ballpark View

Local architecture firm Exigo unveiled a new, downtown apartment project that would give residents virtual luxury box views of Chihuahuas basball games.

According to the firm’s website, they are working with another local company – METI, Inc –  on the $750k project. Information provided in the project description shows 2016 as the completion date.

The three-story apartments each have 2600 square feet and feature terraces overlooking the baseball field. The location is not specific, however they do say the complex is “right across the street from the Ballpark.”

In a statement on the firm’s page, Exigo lays out their vision for multi-family apartments stating, “Exigo has adopted the City’s efforts to transform El Paso through higher density. We are familiar and promote the City’s incentives to build vertical, especially in Multi-family construction.”

Exigo has several  other projects in the design phase for the area, including the Northgate Transit Center, several campus projects for El Paso Community College and other city-wide projects.
