The El Paso Diggers Volleyball Club is looking for community support through sponsorship opportunities for a golf tournament at Butterfield Trail Golf Course later this month.
Currently, the team is fundraising to assist with tournament fees, gym fees, coaching fees, and equipment expenses. To that end, parents and supporters are organizing a benefit golf tournament to be held at Butterfield Trail Golf Course on May 21, 2016.
According to team officials, “The organization is committed to teaching and developing youth’s volleyball skills, as well as emphasizing the values of teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline, self- motivation and great character.”
Club Director Tracy Lutich adds, “The Diggers have been exceptionally competitive at both the regional and national levels…we’ve experienced much success this year and in previous years, winning numerous tournaments and even qualifying for AAU and USAV National Championships. This success has afforded us the opportunity to compete against the nation’s top volleyball programs.”
Officials are asking local organizations/businesses for sponsorships in order to cover operating costs of the golf tournament. Sponsorship will promote your company to the area professionals who will be participating in the event. As part of the sponsorship, they will display the organization’s name and logo at the Butterfield Trail Website and on the El Paso Diggers web page thru October 30, 2016.
El Paso Diggers, a 501(c) 3 organization, have been in existence since 2008 and the purpose of the club is to provide their athletes with high quality volleyball training and competition throughout the year.
