Longtime Latin Entertainer Miguel Bosé to Perform at Coliseum

Longtime popular Latin singer and entertainer Miguel Bosé will bring his Estaré Tour 2017 to the El Paso County Coliseum, at 8 p.m. September 27.

Born Luis Miguel González Bosé in Panama City, Panama, the Spanish pop and new wave musician and actor started his career in 1975, recording his first two singles and eventually signing with a major record label. Behind seven top 10 hits, he became a major teen idol in Italy, Spain and Europe. In the mid-1980s, he became an international superstar when his song “Amante Bandido” rose to the top of the charts throughout Latin America and Spain.

In 2002, he won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Album for “Sereno.”

In 2007, celebrating 30 years in the business, Bosé released the hugely popular “Papito,” an album that contains remakes of his past hits, featuring duets with major singers, such as Juanes, Alejandro Sanz, Laura Pasini, Shakira and Ricky Martin, among others.

“Nena,” with Paulina Rubio, was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award and was the best-selling download in Spain that year. Bosé released “Papitwo” in 2012, again featuring hit remakes with popular singers, including Juan Luis Guerra, Tiziana Ferro and Natalia Lafourcade.

Bosé has released close to 30 albums in his career. His most recent releases include “Amo” in 2014 and “Miguel Bosé MTV Unplugged” in 2106.

Tickets cost $55, $90, $110, $160 and $190, plus fees, and are on sale now. They are available at the El Paso County Coliseum Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 800-745-3000 and online.
