LUCHA vs CANCER set for Friday Night at Barnett Harley Davidson

Lucha Frontera and Barnett Harley Davidson have teamed up once again, this time to present a very special Lucha Libre show this Friday

LUCHA vs CANCER is set for August 27, at Barnett Harley-Davidson (8272 Gateway Blvd East), with proceeds benefiting Chi’s Silver Lining. This event will feature the best Luchadores, not just from around the region but from m the USA and Mexico.

Some of the featured wrestlers include Mazzerati (Ring of Honor), Chandler Hopkins (AEW, IMPACT) Hijo de Imposter (KAOZ) and many more.

“For the past few years, the Lucha Frontera team has focused on creating shows and have presented fifteen shows both Spanish and English audiences, seven of which have aired on Estrella and eight on Televisa networks in El Paso and Juarez,” organizers share.

As for the cause, Chia’s Silver Lining – a 501c organization created by Chia Wollschlager; a breast cancer survivor – saw a healing that comes from compassion, comfort and connection with others.

Chia’s Silver Lining, an online cancer support store whose mission is to encourage and support those going through cancer or other challenging illness.

“We believe that beyond traditional medicine (which is vital to physical healing) we need emotional healing that comes from compassion, comfort and connection with others. Our founder, Chia saw a void of this type of healing during her journey. Out of this void, she decided to make a difference with Chia’s Silver Lining,” officials added.

Now both Lucha Frontera and Barnett Harley Davidson have teamed up to help support Chia’s Silver Lining with this special event.

Gates open at 6pm with event starting at 7pm. Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the Gate. Advance tickets available at Barnett Harley Davidson 8272 Gateway Boulevard East and Chia’s Silver Lining 5664 North Mesa.
