VLog: TNTMs Troy walks thru & reviews New Mexico Comic Expo 2021

After having no comic cons for over a year, most cons are trying to push one event in before the end of 2021. New Mexico Comic Expo is normally held in August, and will move back to August in 2022.

There was no shortage of featured guests at New Mexico Comic Expo. There were over 50 different guests to choose from. The line-up was okay up until a few weeks before the event. Then they added two heavy hitters: Jim Lee and Ming-Na Wen.

The attendance looked to be a bit down from last year, but that is to be expected with COVID still casting a big shadow over in person events.

The event was also held over Halloween weekend so I imagine a lot of people skipped the con to attend one of the many Halloween parties being held. Even with the lower attendance and less vendors it was still a very enjoyable con.

Can’t wait to see what guests will be at the 2022 event.
